dd02066118 Convert tables that are never written to back to MyISAM. Only tables we write to need InnoDB. 
MyISAM = table level locking, fast but not safe for multiple simultaneous writes
InnoDB = row level locking, slow, but is safe for multiple simultaneous writes

a803c3aeab CORE / SQL / SCRIPTS: Added teleport effect so player is teleported once the animation has finished. All teleport/warp spells add the hidden effect and teleport the players once it wears. Escape spell zone checks moved to teleports.lua. 
CORE: Updated capAllSkills to include blu and geomancy.
SCRIPTS: Updated @capskill command to include geomancy. Updated status.lua with Action IDs.

CORE / SQL: Added new column to skill_caps.
SQL: Added non-job-specific traits to Rune Fencer and Geomancer. Added weapon skills to Rune Fencer and Geomancer.
