Pazaz 974ae10628 refactor!: Cleaned up DB schema 
Existing databases WILL BE RESET. BACK UP YOUR ACCOUNT TABLE.

The engine's primary focus is to run the game content.
The schema became too opinionated - how I run a copy of this isn't necessarily what's best for everyone.
I've left most logging as a base but cleaned up the vestigial parts... add your own indexes ;)
