580e6052bc Core: Multiple changes. See description. 
Allow storage of PointsOfInterest and localization. Fix index of gossip menus so that scripts can reference them correctly. Fix undermap spawned objects. Fix incorrect loof of White Tuxedo Shirt on a mob. Add SAI for Prince Thunderaan. Add SAI and conditional corrections for Wing commander Dabiree and Gryphoneer Windbellow.

b392c63512 Core: Implement Phasing 
Phasing is used for one spell in The Burning Crusade and it only applies
to a GameObject / Player relation. I had decided to bring phasing into
OregonCore for all entities. This allows for some pretty neat custom
setups.
