Zaffy 5be2d37afc Core/Deps Remove jemalloc hack 
* remove chmod hack called from cmake
* set file permissions properly instead
* line ending will be now not forced on dependencies.

This fixed some weird bug on my setup and possible on others,
where jemalloc's configure script did not want to run.
