Chores: - Reorganized CI into reusable workflows, removed legacy workflows, added cache-cleanup and scheduled vcpkg baseline updater. - Modernized Docker builds to multi-stage Ubuntu 24.04, added reusable Docker build and browser builder improvements. - Refined CMake presets/toolchain defaults, exposed vcpkg baseline update, and broadened dependency platform support. - Expanded linting/analysis configs and Lua syntax checks; updated ignore patterns for build/artifact files. Bug Fixes: - Various build, packaging and runtime configuration reliability fixes across Windows, Linux and macOS.
