[DoN] Modern Tradeskill Tasks
...
- Still needs many of Artisan NPC's created and Placed.
- Still needs the TS Recipes to be imported.
- Only implemented up to the current expansion but added framework for all other/later tasks, will just need NPC scripts added for those regions.
Code is ineffecient but clear to read and troubleshoot, can be refined at a later time.

Use dz for paladin 2.0 expedition from felwithe
...
(unverified) require minimum players inside felwithe (expeditions can be
created cross zone, but comments suggests a minimum were required to be
inside felwithe for this)
The minimum number of players according to patch notes is 6, but in era
it would have been at least 10 (possibly higher)
