Added support for dynamic rw members stored in a map and using memory only when used
UArmor ar_mod changed to use this new system
More members will be moved there in the future to keep memory usage lower

fixed strncpy in ssopt_parse_totalstat(), as the function by default doesn't null-terminate if src string is larger than dst. (maybe use stracpy from clib?)
