8c7ed986a9 CAsc(Z)/CChr(Z) use utf16, if CChr() cannot represent it with a single 
number return an error.
Fixed problem with RequestInput using the unicode version

13c7e1a099 + Docs and Support added. Just contains the normal base files that get copied into the Dist zip file of course. 
+ Updates to base Docs folder for some more general docs.
+ Updated ignore list for debug-exclude.lst
