13c7e1a099 + Docs and Support added. Just contains the normal base files that get copied into the Dist zip file of course. 
+ Updates to base Docs folder for some more general docs.
+ Updated ignore list for debug-exclude.lst

9d8d004f1e + Updates to post-build.txt 
+ Updated to-do.
+ Added first real Core Project directory. This is just the directory that contains the Post-Build files for Windows.
+ Rewrote post-build files for more dynamics, and to include creation of the debug zip file.
