Additions (#4813) 
- Account vaults have been added.
- Added in new aquariums.
- All missing recipes have been added.

Bug Fixes
- Fixes an exploit with mail boxes.
- Auction Safes now work correctly in regards to bid / match bid.
- Cleanup
