Dexter	5624fe9bbf	- Vice Vs. Virtue ... - Factions Disabled by default in config. At start up, all players in factions will be removed and monoliths/sigils/regions will be removed. - Enabled MovementPath with IPoint3D, as opposed to Mobile.
