Auth: Add account two-factor authentication support 
Add account-level TOTP setup, login verification, replay handling, and management commands for two-factor authentication. Move TOTP helpers into shared code so auth and game-side account tools use the same implementation, and add the auth schema update plus base SQL alignment.

Thanks to NightPrince for the inspired code.

Add native email login conversion support 
Add login identity normalization and SRP verifier storage for email address logins.

Resolve email identities through auth and world session handoff while preserving account data delivery and chat initialization.

Add the self-service account conversion command, RBAC entries, pending auth updates, and refreshed auth and character base schemas.

0f516f7e51 Core/Logging: Ported missed changes from TC before they switched over to boost. Core loads 90% faster now. Cleanup some other unused shit. Apply update to your auth database.

1431399aff Server/Database: Droped some dead code in PreparedStatments. 
* Renamed Tables and Collumns containing rank & group to bypass a mysql bug.
* Fixed an issue where wrong collumns were loaded from creature_template at reload.
