SkyFire 532c3c5f17 DB Locales: Added German and Russian creature name file. This is an ongoing update option for the database and when completed may get added to the SkyFire DB releases in the future. Right now it's only an option and is not complete. Please don't open issues or pull requests for locals until we reach supported status.
