Implement Evacuate the Merchant Square door event 
Adds go_merchant_square_door, scripted in its own Gilneas folder: using
a door spawns a frightened citizen who flees toward the square while a
rampaging worgen gives chase, then grants evacuation credit. Guards
against repeat farming with a per-player per-door usage gate.
