Javier Gonzalez Ondina 00e02f2477 Added a new preprocessor directive _DEBUG_TICKS for the code in this commit. 
Added a new PROFILE_TICKS, profiling the @timer trigger calls on items.
Modified the profiler to show more readable and accurate data.
Added TotalTickCount and TotalTickTime read values for all items and chars, returning the total times they ticked and the total amount of time used for their ticks (in milliseconds).
