- net.cpp: clamp height/width to 1..512, encoding to 0..255 from restart file; introduce DESC::NVT_TABLE_SIZE replacing magic 256. - interface.h: NVT arrays use static constexpr NVT_TABLE_SIZE. - docker/: sync Dockerfiles to current 2.13.0.11 multi-stage build from ~/g/tinymux; AnonymousMUX base image tag updated to match. - debian/control: add Build-Depends (g++, ragel, pkg-config, libpcre2-dev, libssl-dev); bump Standards-Version to 4.6.2. - db/Makefile: fix stale paths to mux/include and mux/modules/engine. - muxsvc: use unnamed events to avoid multi-instance collisions; check CreateEvent return values before WaitForMultipleObjects. - Update ISSUES.md trackers; close SIZE_HACK as false alarm.
