Stephen Dennis 4881f71533 test(perf): commit a Linux-x86_64 rvbench baseline (#2046)
Record the 55-expression battery from a current master build on this
box (Linux x86_64, --enable-jit). Complements the existing
Darwin-arm64 baseline so `make test-perf` compares rather than SKIPs
here.

Same shape as the Darwin file: iters + results, no source path.
Report-only by default remains correct — a same-build re-run still
moves the compile leg past the 10% Darwin-calibrated tolerance on
this machine (9/55), which is the noise floor already documented in
compare.py.
