This orb allows its users to throw lightninb balls just like real Reapers do
Balls would act as intelligent time-delayed grenades, on both players (in pvp)
and in PvE vs mobs. Their amount depends on M.Atk but item usable even by
entirely nonmagic entities at somewhat reduced efficiency (less lightning balls).
