8155b15f36 Added support for Visual Studio Code editor 
- [ADD] Added build/run support for Visual Studio Code editor through some dedicated workspace files:
  - make\VSCode\uox3_cmake.code-workspace // Relies on cmake and make\CMakeLists.txt for project configuration
  - make\VSCode\uox3_msbuild.code-workspace // Relies on msbuild and make\VS2022\uox3.sln for project configuration
