COMMANDLEVEL <value> <target>

Purpose:
|
|
Set a targetted character's command-
|
|
level. Set it to 1 and character can
|
|
access all commands listed in the
|
|
commands.dfn file with a value of "1"
|
|
or below. Set it to 2 and char can
|
|
access all commands listed with the
|
|
value "2" or below. And so on. |
