Rewrite profile README for clearer messaging
Reworks profile/README.md with a content-only copy refresh: replaces and tightens paragraphs, renames and consolidates headings (e.g. "Here's what we believe", "What we stand for", "Join us"), and shifts tone to a more direct, positive emphasis on ownership, open source, decentralization, and buy-once hardware. Updates the Data Slayer and Get Involved sections, simplifies bullet items and wording, and reorganizes messaging about products, blueprints, and guides. No code or functional changes — purely editorial.
