Rewrite profile README to emphasize mission

Refactors profile/README.md to foreground Parallel's mission and narrative: adds an opening Tolkien quote, a new “The mission” section framing technological sovereignty, expands the discussion of freedom, democracy, and the stakes of platform control, tightens the “Indie tech” messaging, removes the old “Who this is for” section, and adds structural separators for readability. Also includes a new .DS_Store binary file in the repo.
