Macgyver Official 3d66685953 Replace root README with profile README 
Remove the top-level README.md and add profile/README.md containing the project profile for Parallel. The new README documents the organization's mission, projects (Haven MANET, MeshLink, Reticulum RNodes), use cases, and tech stack to better surface project information under the profile directory.
