Arien Judge b5fa3591c7 toolchain: (APP-455) add symlink for external toolchain include dir ... Some package Makefiles in feeds we don't control, nor want to, explicitly reference directories in $(TOOLCHAIN_DIR), which for an external toolchain didn't originally exist. This commit creates a symlink to the include directory to mitigate the ones which immediately affect us. The right solution here would be to fix the upstream packages.
