Macgyver Official ee507af852 Add NeoPixel images and boot sequence to README 
Update README to document NeoPixel support for ESP32 boards (LilyGO LoRa32 v2.1) and describe the boot sequence and timed activity indicator. Adds a Boot Sequence section and illustrative images showing init, device checks, firmware version, and ready states; documents NeoPixel behavior (purple during init, stays lit while initializing, remains lit for 60s after ready, and retriggers on RX/TX). Includes five new image assets.
