Merge branch 'dev' into tinygo
Bring tinygo up to date with dev while keeping embedded drivers
(Serial, LoRa, RNode) behind TinyGo build tags. Pin TinyGo CI to
0.41.1, restore WASI/wasm build targets, and exclude desktop-only
interfaces from TinyGo builds via stubs and tag splits.
