Refactor README.md to simplify content

Removed detailed features, tested radios, and manual installation sections from README.md. Updated setup wizard and architecture information.

**Radio power fluctuates during TX (4-10W instead of steady 10W):**
- ALC is activating due to TX audio being too hot

- Modem automatically restarts after 5 seconds
**No serial port detected:**
- Check USB cable connection
- Verify Digirig LED is lit
