Light-Fighter-Manifesto 6d629dc367 Fix I2P reseed on first boot 
- Added reseed URLs to i2pd.conf for reliable bootstrap
- First-boot script now waits up to 60s for i2pd to reseed
- Ensures I2P transport is ready before RNS daemon starts

Fixes: I2P interface stuck on "Creating Tunnel" after fresh boot
because i2pd had no router info.
