torlando-tech d106ec9604 ci: build signed .aab for Play Console alongside release APKs 
Adds a bundleSentryPythonBackendRelease step to the tag-triggered
release workflow and attaches the resulting .aab as a GitHub Release
asset (not a workflow artifact, to avoid Actions storage quota) for
manual upload to Play Console.
