torlando-tech 4c75f9d080 fix: remove redundant local imports causing telemetry callback failure ... The `import json` statements inside _on_lxmf_delivery() caused Python to treat `json` as a local variable throughout the function scope. This resulted in "cannot access local variable 'json'" errors when json.dumps() was called before those imports ran.
