DeFiDude 9c0d499059 v1.2.2: Display name support, LXMF dedup fix, announce improvements 
- Add Ratspeak.org branded name input screen on first boot
- Encode display name as MessagePack app_data in all announces
- Display name editable in Settings > Display
- Fix LXMF message duplication with messageId dedup set
- Remove double-save in sendMessage (now only saved after send)
- Change auto-announce interval from 30s to 5 minutes
- HomeScreen Enter key announces with display name + toast
- Version bump to 1.2.2
