DeFiDude b9c103af17 v1.7.9: LXMF Python interop — disable bz2 compression 
Same fix as Ratdeck v1.8.3: advertises no-compression-support in
LXMF announces so Python LXMF disables auto_compress when sending
to Ratcom destinations. Pairs with microReticulum 290a133 which
removes bz2 from the C++ stack entirely.

Thanks to @RFNexus for surfacing the ESP32 bz2 constraint.
