Richard Sandiford e7c8859c21 * configure.ac (mips*-*-*linux*, mips*-*-gnu*): Use mt-mips-gnu.

* configure: Regenerate.

config/
	* mt-mips16-compat: New file, taken from mt-mips-elfoabi.
	* mt-mips-elfoabi: Include mt-mips16-compat.
	* mt-mips-gnu: New file.
