Alice Carlotti 22c3912a11 aarch64: Remove F_ARCHEXT flag ... The flag is unnecessary, because we can just unconditionally check the features field every time. Having the information duplicated in two separate fields makes it harder to maintain, particularly in the context of the upcoming regating patch.
