OvmfPkg/XenPlatformPei: Remove Hypercall Page

Browse source 
XenHypercallLib now makes direct hypercalls, so HyperPages is
unnecessary and can be removed.

Change the XenPvhDetected() ASSERT to use the Xen version.  That has
never been 0, AFAIK.
