OvmfPkg/AmdSev/SecretPei: Mark SEV launch secret area as reserved

Browse source 
Mark the SEV launch secret MEMFD area as reserved, which will allow the
guest OS to use it during the lifetime of the OS, without creating
copies of the sensitive content.
