DynamicTablesPkg: Remove ACPI_AML_STA_PROC_SUPPORTED

Browse source 
Remove the ACPI_AML_STA_PROC_SUPPORTED macro to make use
of the new MdePkg macro: ACPI_AML_STA_BASE_SUPPORTED.
