DynamicTablesPkg: Update README ACPI generator list

Browse source 
Update the DynamicTablesPkg README to reflect the current set of
supported ACPI table generators. Add missing entries for SSDT variants
and newer table generators, and include the expanded names for the
non-SSDT tables.
