It's not a proper approach when dealing the return string of
HiiGetString function with ASSERT on REALEASE or NOOPT mode.
This patch add a check for NewString before calling
RegisterHotKey() for the case.

Replace traditional `#ifndef`/`#define`/`#endif` include guards with
`#pragma` once.
`#pragma once` is a widely supported preprocessor directive that
prevents header files from being included multiple times. It is
supported by all toolchains used to build edk2: GCC, Clang/LLVM, and
MSVC.
Compared to macro-based include guards, `#pragma once`:
- Eliminates the risk of macro name collisions or copy/paste errors
where two headers inadvertently use the same guard macro.
- Eliminate inconsistency in the way include guard macros are named
(e.g., some files use `__FILE_H__`, others use `FILE_H_`, etc.).
- Reduces boilerplate (three lines replaced by one).
- Avoids polluting the macro namespace with guard symbols.
- Can improve build times as the preprocessor can skip re-opening the
file entirely, rather than re-reading it to find the matching
`#endif` ("multiple-include optimization").
- Note that some compilers may already optimize traditional include
guards, by recognzining the idiomatic pattern.
This change is made acknowledging that overall portability of the
code will technically be reduced, as `#pragma once` is not part of the
C/C++ standards.
However, this is considered acceptable given:
1. edk2 already defines a subset of supported compilers in
BaseTools/Conf/tools_def.template, all of which have supported
`#pragma once` for over two decades.
2. There have been concerns raised to the project about inconsistent
include guard naming and potential macro collisions.
Approximate compiler support dates:
- MSVC: Supported since Visual C++ 4.2 (1996)
- GCC: Supported since 3.4 (2004)

11687 introduced a null check and break on the orderedlist
carriage return input handler. The carriage return is a special
case that should result in exiting the menu, but the null check
that prevented null pointer access changed the logic to continue
in the input wait loop.
Removed the break while still preventing null variable access
and allow function to exit.
11689 introduced checks on the call to EfiBootManagerGetLoadOptions,
but this encounterd a problem with the way that a default
platform recovery option was created.
The default platform recovery option was attempting to go through
existing recovery options to get the next available recovery option
number. The introduced null check short circuited these additional
calls and resulted in the platform recovery option not being created.
Modified the logic to no longer attempt to access recovery options
when non exist, and still create the default platform recovery option.

11686, 11687, 11688, 11689 included some inverted conditionals
during the refactor. While the system booted, some behavior

The latest VS2022 update replaces some code patterns with struct
assignments with `memcpy`. This change convert the code to

Function `PrintStringAt` returns the count of Unicode character, which
is not correct for computing column offset when display empty string if
wide character is introduced. `GetStringWidth (String) / 2 - 1` is
suitable option which is compatible with wide and narrow characters.

Currently when meet mismatch case for one-of and ordered-list
menu, just show a popup window to indicate mismatch, no more
info for debugging. This patch is to add more debug message
about mismatch menu info which is helpful to debug.

is not found.
So we can remove the NULL ptr check for NewPos in this function.

In a form, some new menus may be dynamically inserted between highlight
menu and previous top of screen menu when some question are refreshed.
So the highlight menu and previous top of screen menu perhaps can't be
shown in one page. Existing codes miss to handle this case then will
cause incorrect display.This patch is to fix this display issue.

There are cases that the operands of an expression are all with rank less
than UINT64/INT64 and the result of the expression is explicitly cast to
UINT64/INT64 to fit the target size.
An example will be:
UINT32 a,b;
// a and b can be any unsigned int type with rank less than UINT64, like
// UINT8, UINT16, etc.
UINT64 c;
c = (UINT64) (a + b);
Some static code checkers may warn that the expression result might
overflow within the rank of "int" (integer promotions) and the result is
then cast to a bigger size.
The commit refines codes by the following rules:
1). When the expression is possible to overflow the range of unsigned int/
int:
c = (UINT64)a + b;
2). When the expression will not overflow within the rank of "int", remove
the explicit type casts:
c = a + b;
3). When the expression will be cast to pointer of possible greater size:
UINT32 a,b;
VOID *c;
c = (VOID *)(UINTN)(a + b); --> c = (VOID *)((UINTN)a + b);
4). When one side of a comparison expression contains only operands with
rank less than UINT32:
UINT8 a;
UINT16 b;
UINTN c;
if ((UINTN)(a + b) > c) {...} --> if (((UINT32)a + b) > c) {...}
For rule 4), if we remove the 'UINTN' type cast like:
if (a + b > c) {...}
The VS compiler will complain with warning C4018 (signed/unsigned
mismatch, level 3 warning) due to promoting 'a + b' to type 'int'.

When set value to the array "InputText", the index was used incorrectly.
And the array "InputText" is not initialized. These will cause some value
in the array is random, so it will be shown incorrectly sometimes.

When returning selectable menu, should return the menu in current form,
the codes miss to do the check. Now returning the selectable menu behind
the codes "if ((UINTN) Distance + NextMenuOption->Skip > GapToTop)".
Then can cover the check, can return the menu correctly.

The MenuOption insert to gMenuOption allocate memory every time,but not free.
Now add the code to free it.And for Date/Time,it will create 3 menus,but previously
the Description point to the same address,so when free the Description,it will cause
issue,now reset the Description pointer.

When load default value or save changes will pop up message box to let user
confirm,Y means confirm and N means ignore,now add Esc key with the
same function of N key.And change the content of pop up message in .uni file,
now will display "Press 'Y' to confirm, 'N'/'ESC' to ignore."
