4743d8d992 MdeModulePkg: StatusCodeHandler Stmm remove assert 
In StandaloneMM mode, IsStatusCodeUsingSerialPort is expecting to
find gMmStatusCodeUseSerialHobGuid, and will assert if it is not found.

Change the logic so that if the Guided Hob is not found, to let
the function return FALSE and progress to proceed.

14b730cde8 MdeModulePkg/Universal: Remove dynamic PcdStatusCodeUseSerial usage in MM 
This patch is to replace dynamic PcdStatusCodeUseSerial by the
gMmStatusCodeUseSerialHobGuid.

8a09cdd7be MdeModulePkg: StatusCodeHandler: StatusCodeHandler driver in StandaloneMm 
This change added support of StandaloneMm for StatusCodeHandler. It
adds a new instance of StatusCodeHandler of MM_STANDALONE type, and
abstracts the driver entrypoint into separate files, replaced gSmst with
gMmst, and switched to MM version of RscHandlerProtocol.
