Currently, the file explorer can only descend into directories. When
browsing deep directory trees from the boot manager or setup file
picker, users have to cancel and restart to reach a parent directory.
Add an explicit Up one level entry and track the parent directory path
so navigation matches familiar file-browser behavior.
