2405af1993 EdkShellPkg/ShellR64.patch: Adding missing files from the patch 
Some files were missing from the newly generated patch:
- Library/Aarch64/efilibplat.h
- Library/Arm/efilibplat.h

Instructions have been written to correctly generate this patch:

2bba8d5af4 EdkShellPkg: Add Aarch64 support 
* Update the EFI Shell patch to use SVN rev 64 (was rev 61)
* Modify build system to enable compilation targeting Aarch64 platform.
* Modify patch to apply on EdkShell sources to add support for Aarch64.
