Pierre Gondois 2bebeb1ad4 ShellPkg/Dmem: Remove unnecessary EfiGetSystemConfigurationTable() calls 
In an effort to simplify the code in the ShellPkg,
remove EfiGetSystemConfigurationTable() calls fetching Configuration
Table addresses that have already been collected.

No functional change is introduced.
