vanjeff 1f62484a60 Sync patches r13480, r13566, r13567, r13568, r13607, r13608, r13644, r13645 and r13653 from main trunk. 
1. In PcdBootlogoOnlyEnable case, Clear cursor & screen when key rather than Hotkey or Enter is pressed to goto front page.
2. Add 2 new Bds features
 a. Lazy ConIn
 b  OsIndicationsSupported & OsIndications
