Michael D Kinney 07da104cfb UnitTestFrameworkPkg/GoogleTestLib: Remove extra options 
Update MSFT CC_FLAGS options to remove /EHs and /MTd that
are added by  UnitTestFrameworkPkgHost.dsc.inc for all
components.
