Matt DeVillier f4edc038f2 MdeModulePkg/FileExplorerLib: Add Up one level navigation 
Currently, the file explorer can only descend into directories. When
browsing deep directory trees from the boot manager or setup file
picker, users have to cancel and restart to reach a parent directory.

Add an explicit Up one level entry and track the parent directory path
so navigation matches familiar file-browser behavior.
