Zhang, Chao B 8b73a15cf6 MdeModulePkg: VarCheckUefiLib: Remove DeployedMode/AuditMode var check logic 
Remove DeployedMode & AuditMode Global variable check for Customized Secure Boot feature defined in UEFI2.5 Mantis 1263.
The feature has been moved to
