Bret Barkelew b7f963d570 FmpDevicePkg: Assert on PcdFmpDeviceImageTypeIdGuid Size Mismatch 
This patch adds an assert to FmpDxe.c to catch a platform
misconfiguration of PcdFmpDeviceImageTypeIdGuid.
