Luigi Leonardi 41c48d2a7c OvmfPkg/MemDebugLogLib: move QemuFwCfgSimpleParserLib to LibraryClasses 
There is no good reason to keep QemuFwCfgSimpleParserLib arch-specific.
Move it to the LibraryClasses section.
