EFI_IP4_CONFIG_PROTOCOL is superseded by EFI_IP4_CONFIG2_PROTOCOL, which provides better support for modern network stack requirements. It was officially removed from UEFI specifications 2.10A and 2.11 and should no longer be used in current implementations.
